Return Policy

If you received a wrong or damaged product that you ordered via our website, please contact our customer service by email at eshop@lafumausa.com or via the contact form before returning the product. We will need your order number and photos of the issue in order to process your claim.

In case the product was purchased through a retailer (i.e. Garden Centers/web retailer), please contact them directly so that they deal with your request and tell you the procedure to follow.

 

What is covered by our five-year warranty?

All our products are guaranteed for 5 years against:

  1. Manufacturing faults.
  2. Hidden defects.

For 5 years, LAFUMA AMERICAguarantees all its products against all faults impeding their use. Excluded from this guarantee are:

  1. Non-compliance with the precautions for use or incorrect use of the product.
  2. Professional and community use, unless otherwise communicated by our LAFUMA AMERICA Contract service.
  3. Faults resulting from poor maintenance or lack of maintenance.
  4. Corrosion starts deriving from scratches or abrasion, problems of corrosion following use in a saline, chlorinated and enclosed environment.
  5. Natural wear of the materials making up the article:

Our accessories are guaranteed for two years.

*Application condition: the LAFUMA AMERICA guarantee applies only on submission of a proof of purchase (invoice, purchase receipt).

 

How to return an article?

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days counting from the date of receipt of your order. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products. Our customer service will send you a link with the return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

Send us a return request 

Before any return, we would ask you to request a Return Label by connecting directly to your customer space or contacting the customer service by email at eshop@lafumausa.com or via the contact form. Put the return label inside/on your package. 

 

Prepare the package

Place the article in its original packaging with the return address:

LAFUMA AMERICA cannot be held responsible for return goods received in bad conditions. Only products returned with all parts and original packaging will be accepted and inspected before processing a refund.

 

Drop the package at a post office or get it collected by a carrier

You are strongly advised to keep proof of return stamped by the post office or signed by the trader.

 

When and how will you be refunded?

We will refund you the total amount of your order as soon as we receive and confirm your return in our logistics depot. 

If you requested a refund, it will show on your bank account in the next 3 working days after receiving the notification. We will make this refund using the same payment methods that you used for the initial transaction.
