Lafuma USA Instagram Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Lafuma USA (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person/household. Multiple entries, entries generated by bots, or the use of multiple accounts to enter will result in disqualification. Only one prize per household will be awarded. Prizes will only be shipped within the United States.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

3. How to Enter

To enter:

• Follow @lafumausa on Instagram.

• Tag at least two friends in the comments.

Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period as stated in the Instagram post. Spamming tags or excessive/unrelated tagging will result in disqualification.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on October 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. PST and ends on November 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. PST.

5. Prizes

Two (2) MAXI TRANSAT Batyline®ISO Seigle. Retail Value: $99.90 per product.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or prize substitutions are permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 2 days after the Giveaway ends. Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram from the official @lafumausa account.

As a condition of receiving the prize, winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five 7 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, Instagram handle, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

Any personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and for delivery of the prize. Data will not be retained beyond 40 days after the Giveaway ends, except as necessary to comply with legal obligations. Please refer to Sponsor’s [Privacy Policy link] for more details.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or from the acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
